Adult/Dislocated Worker Program- Northern Sub-Region

The East Cascades Workforce Investment Board (ECWIB) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations that have the capacity, experience and community networks necessary to deliver comprehensive, year-round Adult and Dislocated Worker Services in the ECWIB’s Northern Sub-region (Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam and Wheeler Counties).
